sound jumping

Hi,

I am having problems with my dolby5.1 setup. I have a Toshiba Sd-420E connected to a Goodmans GHC-20 speaker system.

The volume jumps up and down while watching a dvd, has anyone else experienced this? It doesnt happen all the time, maily during musical bits. It happens a lot on some dvd's and not at all on others.

It has something to do with the centre and front speakers. I've tried everything so any suggestions would be great.

Hey,

I've been messing around with my system and narrowed the problem down to the centre speaker.

I've heard of problems with dolby5.1 with the centre speaker pulling the sound from the left and right. Is their anyway of reducing this??
