Sound drop issue with Marantz SR6012

Hi.. I have Marantz SR6012. The receiver works fine once started but after some time approx. 10-15 minutes there is no sound coming out if we try to reduce / increase the volume or pause or forward the video from the source. This happens even with HEOS, ARC out or HDMI input ( all sources including Bluetooth).
the firmware is latest and tried to reset factory default and the issue still persists. please help if this can be identified.

Note : there is no issue incase no volume increase, decrease or FWD / Pause.
