This is lovely on the GC, but the GC pad lets it down bigtime - so I've ordered one of these jobs:

should be here Friday - SC2 should be on your list though - it looks lovely in 480p on the plasma.

    Regards,
    Neil

Looks great, I had the arcade stick for the DC version of SC worked a treat.
Not sure if i'll get SC as i've gone off fighting games now.

its hardly an upgrade from the DC version really.

I expected so much more, after playing both PS2 and xbox versions

I mostly agree but the SC was such a great game, can say no to more greatness. I actually think the AI is better and there isn't so many ways to win with ring out. Although I miss the commentator guy in the first one he was much cooler than the second guy.

    Regards,
    Neil.

imagine if soul calibur 1 had appeared on the xbox,ps2 and cube, with all the time they have had this version would have been panned as lazy.

It still a great fighter but VF is breathing down its kneck these days

    Nice,

Will this stick work with a UK Pal Gamecube?

You just know that this stick will not be released when the game finally arrives on these shores...

    Thanks,

    think I'll order one ready...

On another note, I know Maxi is not in it. He was my main player in the first Soul Calibur, is there an equivalent character of him? I used to love his nunchuk skills...

I got back from Hong Kong yesterday with mine. Haven't tried them yet - but if it's anything like the DC Arcade sticks I'll be well chuffed.

£22 each for the sticks BTW.
