    Hello All,

    The 5 year old box we've got has been playing up so we decided it's about time to take the plunge and upgrade. The logical upgrade seems to be a Plasma.

    I've spent the best part of 2 days stalking the forum and am at a total loss :confused:.

    With a budget of £1500-£2000 we need a package which will allow us to connect;

    Sky Digital box,

    Pioneer DVD player DV350

    Pioneer Amp VSX-C100

    PlayStation 2

    Our only other requirements are it has to be wall mountable and at least 42" and be good quality.

    The problem I think we may have is that the Amp has no SCART connections. Will this be a problem?

    Any ideas/suggestions?

    TIA, Jim

    With up to £2k to spend, might be easiest to go for an amp upgrade at the same time. It will save you complication, and probably not actually cost any more than other options. Have a look at Pioneer's web site for the VSX402, it has 3 rgb scart inputs, 1 output. For best picture, a JS VGA converter will do the biz, no input cards needed. I think in fact that will be about £1600. Connect to existing speakers, it'll blow you away.

    Thanks Guys,

    Decided on either a PW6 or 7.

    Would I be able to connect the Video/PS2/DVD/SKY+ to a 'Quinttro+RGB' then connect that to the 'JS Tech Converter' then to the screen?

    Cheers, Jim
