    Nice one, Tony. ;) That DA9000ES looks a big mother of a receiver - nice DVI, but will it have an audio delay facility? I think the DA5000ES would make a good replacement for my DA50ES. I see AVland have it at £900, in gold too! :smashin:

    Did you see how much that Big Mother Sony will retail at !!!! :eek:

    It bloody well ought have an audio delay, and on board multi lingual real time translation :laugh:

    Do you find the audio delay an issue then ?

    Yeah, the DA5000ES looks a good box as well.

    Hi Tony,

    Yes, I'm getting a bit peed off at the audio delay on certain Sky Digital programmes/channels. It seems quite variable on the satellite, but my DVDs are mostly OK. It would be nice if the 5000ES had iLink like the BM 9000ES has (for my 757Ai, you see :p ).

    Yes thanks, I did investigate the AX5i but it appears not to have audio delay either. I can't believe it wouldn't be on a £1000+ amp, but there is no mention of it on the Avland site. Still, could be a typo though. Here's hoping...
