I've just been videoing a theatre production with two cameras, an old VX2000 and a Sony Z1E. The set's backdrop is purple as is much of the set itself. The VX2000 gets the purples just right however, my Z1 shows most of the purple's as blue. This is especially true in low light and improves slightly in brigher lit scenes.
I'm very new to this camera and videoing and struggling to know where to start. Any idea why this is happening and how to address it ? Any answers much appreciated !

Changed your title . Im not sure what to say . I have the FX1 and Vx2100 and using them together do a manual WB indoors or artificial light.. Seems to work but I dont know if it will with the Z1

Most seem to colour correct these days not that i do as i like the off cam colour to be ok but with magic bullet or similar you can correct to what you want, the 2100 is 4x3 and the Z7 16x9 you must get over that ok
