Sony X90H firmware issue

Hello everyone, I'm facing a problem with my Sony X90H. I followed a group on Facebook where people discussion about the new look of OS on Sony X90H which is by Google TV. There they posted a link to updated firmware which I had downloaded and updated my tv. Didn't check that it was for X90J but not for X90H. My TV OS changed to Android 10 and Google TV applied.

Problems:
The OS I downloaded was for X90J, it's running on my TV but the preview screen is missing on Google TV (file attached)
Now I can't downgrade the firmware back to original 9.0 Android.
Already factory reset with erasing data about 3 times.

Solution Required:
How to downgrade it back to original?
Or how to get preview screen of Google TV on existing firmware?

Have you checked your WiFi/network connection? The preview needs this to populate.

I have the same TV and the same firmware and mine works well.

Internet net works fine, all streaming apps are running flawlessly
