Hi

I've recently bought the above but the above.

I plugged in the device went to my computer but it won't allow me to access the device.

So I downloaded the autotransfer file from the sony website

I get the following

Hareware Installation message

The software you are installing for this hardware usb Mass Storage device hs not passed Windows Logo testing to verify its compatibility with Windows XP. Continuing your installation of this software may impair or destabilize the correct operation of your system either immediately or in the future. Microsoft strongly recommends that you stop this installation now and contact the hardware vendor for software that has passed Windows Logo testing.

I think I may only need to download this for the automatical transfer of files.

I understood that this device was supposed to work with no software so any ideas would be great?

Thanks Shona
