As in title im looking to sell my Sony VW90 , it is in very good condition with under 500 hrs on it in low lamp mode.
It comes with the remote, a non original box, and without the manual or any 3d glasses.
Collection preferred or I can possibly meet up within 100 miles of Cardiff.

Are you the first owner of the projector?
Is it on its original sony bulb?
And why are you selling out of interest?

I believe I am the second owner of the projector, as I bought it off a dealer that someone had traded it in for another.
I don't honestly know if its the first bulb or not.
I am selling due to lack of use, to be honest I have a 65inch tv that the family prefer to use instead, also the mrs would like her living room to be just that.

I owned a JVC X35 before this Sony, and in my opinion the Sony was on a par with the JVC in my living room environment.
It is also a lot quieter even in high lamp mode.

 

Do you know how much replacement bulbs are?

With looking on google an original Sony lamp appears to cost about £250 or a replacement can be bought for around £125.
But it is always advised to fit an original bulb.

It depends on how far you are willing to travel.
I personally have travelled a lot further to pick up various items off these very forums.
And to add its also a delicate item.
I have also been informed you can buy an original bare bulb to fit into the current housing for under £100.

Not long ago you couldn't get any lcos 3D projector anything near a grand, never mind a £750 electrical lensed high-end unit.
If i had control over my lighting(living/HC room) i'd have whipped it.

This time of the year is not great for selling anything imo in run up to holidays, January to prob May.
A high-end 3D Projector would have had more interest imo.
