    Hello,

I went to see LCDs and PLasma screens at HiSpek in St Albans.

I was really surprised by what seems to be a big difference in quality. They had in display 3 Philips 9986 from 32' to 42' and 2 Sony (one LCD and one plasma - the one with Freeview integrated).

Feed was BBC1 - goal scores on saturday afternoon - i guess from a sky feed.

Sony picture was just great - very pecised and great resolution - the Philips was okish but text were kind of 'blur' definitely not as precised as hte sony - in two words it did not look as good.

Is that something known or do you think they just did not setup their Philips correctly?

    Thanks
