Sony ubp x800 and Netflix issue

    Good morning.

    Watching Netflix (not 4k) via my Sony UBP X800 was fine for ONE evening.

    For the last two days I'm getting the error code tvq-pm-100 (5.2.12).

    My network connection is fine.
    BBC iPlayer works fine.
    And I've switched off/on everything.

    Can anyone advise me on how to resolve this please?
