Sony TV Question?

My local Sony centre is about to close down.
They have a good deal on the following TV's

Which one would you get? or would you get a completely different one?

KDL 46 HK 803
or
KDL 46 NX 713

Which did you prefer when you demo'd them?

Personally neither, as I have no interest in 3D I'd probably get a Panasonic 46G20 from Richer Sounds for under £700 with extended warranty (indeed I am quite tempted )
