Sony STRDG520 or Yamaha RXV-363?

Hi - am looking to buy my first budget amp and have come down to these 2 (the Yamaha is about £30 more expensive) - any thoughts on which is the better buy?

Hi - sorry for lack of info!

Primarily i will be for DVD 5.1 movies via 5.1 soundcard (optical) from my entertainment PC. Also, video player, sky+ and for audio. I'm hoping to upgrade to a blue ray player at some point in the not too distant future
