I have a Sony STR-DH510 which has 3 hdmi inputs taking a ps3, sky and apple tv. Currently i am awaiting some speakers from santa so the receiver is just using the pass through facility and the sound is coming out of my new LED 3D tv via the hdmi output from the receiver.
When i put the receiver on in the morning for some reason it defaults to the TV input which has nothing connected. It also changes to audio out on the hdmi to amp and not amp+tv as I have set it. If I then choose the sky input on the receiver i get the picture but no sound. I then have to go and change the audio out on the amp to amp+tv.
does anyone have any ideas on this.
