If anyone knows where to get/can assist in me getting a service manual for a Sony KV36HQ100 please either post here of drop me a PM :) These TV's seem to suffer with a Red smear effect ojn text, all the ones i've seen have it and all the ones i've had (three!) have had it too,i'm sure with some SM tweaking this can be sorted :)Thanks........

There are several sources of Sony (and other makes) Service Manuals but I'm not sure if the Forum rules will allow me to list them.

Why not try one of the Search Engines on the web?

    DRGL,

The next time you're in W H Smith, look for a copy of "Television", which is a pseudo-trade magazine. It should be near the Hi-Fi mags.

The page facing the inside back cover lists companies which supply Service Manuals.

(You don't have to buy the mag, just browse like everyone else, but don't tell them that TG advised you to do it !)
