Sony rm-kz1 remote with sky drx890 hd box

I have a Sony rm-kz1 kids remote which I am trying to link up with my sky hd box Amstrad drx890. I have tried all the remote codes listed for sky as well as Amstrad and still no joy. I then used the search function on the remote and still nothing.

Can anyone help with the correct code to input into the remote or an alternative solution.

It would appear that it is for the US market only and does not appear to cope with Sky boxes - none listed in supported devices.

I thought that but it was brought in the uk has full uk instructions with sky codes listed but none will work.

It's becoming a nightmare grrr

Works tv fine and can program it to do tv channels just not sky

If anyone does know please help

11175 works for me on a new Sky+ 2TB WIFI box

How exactly did you enter it?
My instructions say that after configuring the remote to the tv, which works, you have to simply type in the number and press enter.
Doesn't seem to work though.
So frustrating!

I put in my TV code on a set+1 (Sony 00000) and then put in set+1 again for 11175 and it works, there are other codes for Sky+ and skyplus on the second link to try though.

I'm not gonna lie, it took a fair bit of fiddling, but it works solidly once it's in.

I pre-set my sky codes on set+3 beforehand though (141, 142, 178, 230, 171) and it meant I could test it straight away, if that makes sense.
