Perfectly good old Sony TV and Remote Control RM-862 (no longer made, I think.) Grandson has locked 3 channels including DVD channel and changed Menu into a Scandinavian language. Sony website don't reply to request for help. Would buy user manual on download, but can't find it. Could anyone help, please?
