    Hi,

I am looking at purchasing a Sony RHT-G800 Home Cinema System/Stand to go with my recently purchased Samsung LE37R87BDX LCD HD Ready Digital Television, 37 Inch.

I have looked at many stands and like the look and the obvious surround sound benifits without cables etc.

I have a Xbox360 and Virgin Media to input into the system. Please can someone offer any advice and confirm setup would be ok.

    Thanks in advance+

I have bought one of these to go with my Philips lcd and Sky HD box

I am connecting with the Sky Box to the unit with HDMI.will that carry the Dolby signal or is it best to use an optical cable as well.

Bit confused with SKy Hd box as every film I watch ont the unit is coming up as Dolby PLII.the unit can actually supports DTS as well but this never lights up on the system. Are all Sky broadcasts in Dolby Digital or Dolby DTS as well?

Also if anyone is a Sky user what setting do you usually have your system on?
