I don't think it has an Rf modulator!

    Gentlemen
The GRX3 does have a modulator on board and uhf passthrough.
The problem is that it seem to be close to the same uhf channel as my Video so i get some interference on the TV.
    Can any one help...???

    They all have UHF passthrough.
What makes you say it has an Rf modulator?
All products with an Rf modulator are usually tuneable across Chs 21-69 in the UK and so to avoid cross-channel interference the manufacturers provide detail in the instruction manual how to adjust it.............you stated this info is not given in the manual and indeed I checked........it doesn't....and the specs of the machine don't list it either.

An Rf modulator is a rare thing in a DVDR (I know the Panasonics have one BTW) and very few DVD players have one either (Unless it is a DVD/VCR Combi) as manufacturers are trying to educate the public into using AV leads to get the best signal quality from their products which is degraded if sent via Rf........there are also cost savings to be made by not incorporating them
either (admittedly not much in the light of surface mount technology and mass production.......but every little helps!) :lesson:

rmcphail, you can search and search but the GX300 doesn't have a UHF modulator. You can buy an external modulator for it if you so wish.

Which is essentially the same model just slightly updated (with DVD+R, progressive scan etc). Still maybe someone else who thinks the GX3 has a UHF modulator will be able to help... :)
