Im new.
Bought a Sony PRS 505 reader at xmas off Ebay.
Its developed a problem and keeps saying "updating firmware did not complete successfully".
Have contacted Sony who will repair it under warranty, which is good.
However, as it was bought off Ebay I cant get a "proper receipt" (Thanks to the guy who sold me it), so the repair will be chargeable.
Any advice before I send it to Sony and have to pay for the repair would be appreciated
