    hi all

I have found a suitable screen for use in my home.

It has to be quite small, and free standing, so this Sony model is almost ideal.

It's manufacturer is Leinwand - is this good or bad ?

    It's priced at £180.

    Opinions please !

    Chris

PS. it has to be better than my MDF, right ?

It will probably be better than a bit of MDF from a light reflectance point of view.
Something in my mind sasy these were part of a package Sony put together with one of their LCD projectors.
I'm not sure what the gain of these screen is but I suspect it will be around 1 to 1.1 (ie Matt white)
£180 is about average for a manual screen of that size so its not a bargin.

    hi

I have discovered that it is sold with a Sony projector, however demand for the screen was so low, that the price has dropped to £149.

I am interested in this screen as it is free standing, is height adjustable and has a two foot black border at the bottome of the screen.

When the screen is up, it will obscure a window, so a manual pull down one was not suitable.

Thanks for the advice though !

    Chris
