Sony PJ780 and Brackets HELP!

I just recently bought the brand new PJ780 and it's a great camera! Plenty of features to play with!

Of course, as usual Sony make it difficult with their proprietary hot shoe! I just bought one of these -
ADP-MAC | Other Accessories | Features | ADPMAC.SYH | ADPMAC | Sony

I think that lets me use my old sony bluetooth mic!

Anyways, I have a Rodemic pro and would like to use this and a light, so was wondering if anybody had some suggested of an L- Bracket or something that allows cold mounted Mic + Light on either side of the camera or otherwise?
This is the official sony accessory -

Of course, it allows only one device and is pretty pricey!

What would be the best product that could attach to the camera while on a tripod and allow a light and a mic?

Hi - I understand there is a camera-rig kit called spider which has plenty of fixings/ holes for more - this can be used to mount almost anything within reason . . . you may need to do a thorough "Search" - I don't thnk it's specific for a camcorder-model (or Brand) - rather it can be used to make a shoulder-mount, add lights and all sorts of other stuff you might find useful.
I believe it's made from ali- sheet, folded to form channel- so you get rigidity and light weight.

Prices vary from quite cheap to "How-much?"

EDIT: The cheaper one does look the same, but take care... Also, you will have to buy extra accessories, so that saving might pay for a spare battery...
