i bought this mp3/mp4 player, used on my xp machine added songs

sold my xp machine & got vista machine ....

cant add any music, wmp wont allow me to add music, so cant access the mp3

Hi, a couple of possible solutions....

1. Use drag and drop instead,
2. Try Mediamonkey,
3. Try Winamp.
