Does anyone have any experience of jogging with an Sony NW-HD3?

I really like the look of the player, I know the Ipod has its 20min shock protection, and this has some sort of "GShock", but can it take a long jog? If so, Im running out and buying one!!

    Thanks for your help

well one of the main advantages of a player like the ipods and sony hd3 is because of the shock protection, as far as i know you can do almost anything with it, wel apart from get it wet! lol but iv jogged, sprinted and jumped and suffered from no skips so im sure you'll be ok :D

oh and the g-shock is the name for a spring inside, lol it means you can drop it from 1metre, although i wouldnt want to try!
