Sony MP3 File Manager with NW-HD3?

Anyone know if Sony MP3 File Manager 1.2 (link below) for the Sony NW-E99 also works with the NW-HD3 too?

And is it possible to rename the folders (using the E99)?!?

No, that will not work.

According to another message on this board the VAIO MP3 transfer utility does wordk on the HD1/HD3
