I've been looking for a 128mb memory stick for my Sony TRV33 and
    found this....http://www.7dayshop.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=777_4_401_40104&products_id=7644
I beleive it is a clone but, as long as it works, that's fine by me (especially
    at that price !)
Has anyone got one of these cards and if so, do they work ok (I don't know
much about these things  ).
Also, any views on 7dayshop.com would be welcome as I haven't heared of them before. Cheers :)

I know some folk who have used them and been stung by the import duties when it arrives in the country... but i know more folk who have used them fine.

Insight have genuine ones for £30....

    Thanks for the reply Scott_Mac.
Where did you see the original Sony card for £30 ?
I visited the Insight UK website but the one they had was £46.
Even if I got stung by customs, the most I would expect to pay for
the card from 7dayshop will be around £30.
If I could get a Sony card for £30, I'd snap it up as I know I wouldn't have
to worry about it being incompatible - which is my main concern.

    This one...
    http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/B000292OL2/202-6616979-0445418
is the newer high grade version.
Ive just got one of these from Amazon for £36.
The data read/write speed is much faster than the older version you have shown.

    Cheers, grantj.
As I can't get much info on the cloned memory stick, I'll
do the same as you and get that one from Amazon.

If you look on eBay you can get genuine Sony ones for a lot less. I've bought 2x 256Mb sticks for £50 each, including shipping, from the US. Just search for memory sticks and look for the sellers with "Buy It Now" as these are usually the dealers in the US and Canada.
