Sony KVX2982U CRT convergence adjustment?

I have a 10 year old Sony crt that appears to have developed a triple personality especially in the corners. Does anyone know how I can adjust the convergence so that the rgb images arent 5 mm apart. I've tried the usual picture menu but no luck.

Apart from that it's still a rock solid performer.
