Just purchased this set and i cannot get the audio out phono sockets at the rear to work.

I have connected these to my AV amp the same as my previous tv and all i get is a faint sound in my right speaker.

I have read the manual and muted the tv spekers and adjusted the volume up.

    Has anyone any ideas?

Are you aware that the internal speakers default to on every time the set is switched on? This means you would have to switch off the internals every time.
The best bet is to output the audio from scart 3, there is a setting for this in the menu (set to auto)

Thanks for the info and i will give it a try.

It has been a bit of a nightmare as my connected extras are.

    2 satellite receivers
    2 video recorders
    1 dvd player

The audio from phono was my only hiccup.

I expect i will spend the next 3 weeks altering the colour
    settings like i always do!

    Thanks again for your input.
