    Lo all

I am looking at getting my first "decent" tv and really like the look of the Sony KV28CL10. It looks fantastic (and when you've spent the last 2 months decorating your sitting room there's no way I'm getting a f'ugly tv) and it seems to be a pretty decent spec.

Before I take the plunge I'd really like your thoughts / opinions and any reviews people have found. I really don't know what to look for in a tv and just want to get something at a decent price that looks and sounds good.

Finally, does anyone know what the U on the end of the KV28CL10U means? Some sites call the tv the KV28CL10, other the KV28CL10U. Is it the same tv?

Forgive my ignorance, thanks in advance.

    Cheers
    K

I don’t think the Sony’s have component video input sockets!

May be an issue if you want connect your DVD this way.

Have had one for a month now, John Lewis, £399.

Very pleased. Had a 21" WEGA 4:9 prior and that had a great picture. Didn't expect the 28" to be quite as good but it is. Size and shape have appeal for me. Not bristling with goodies but is a cracking TV.
