Hello all, i have a question regarding the Sony KP61HS30 and progressive scan DVD player (Q50AT)
As i understand it, the Q50AT dvd player outputs a very nice picture due to the faroudja chip inside it. My question is, knowing that a projection TV (KP61HS30) which doesn't quite have the prestine resolution as a CRT HDTV, if i hook up this DVD player to it, will the TV still be able to produce a very high quality picture?.
I just want to be sure that if i purchase the Q50AT dvd player, i will be able to take advantage of the quality output it provides, and actually see the difference, even on the Rear Projection TV .
I have heard that this player is pretty nice.
    Any thoughts/facts/opinions much appreciated
    Thank You
    Rod
