Been looking at these two LCD TV's - the Sony one is great looking but seems rather expensive £2200 seems to be the price I see everywhere, is there a 28" or lower model of this TV anywhere?

The other one I was looking at was the Toshiba 26WL46, what's the quality of the picture like, it was priced at £1000 where I saw it, picture looked ok then, but hard to tell in a shop running everything through one cable.

Anyone got any cheaper prices for the two.

 Try PRC Direct on the Internet for the Sony KLVL32M1. I've just got mine from them for £1649 free delivery. So far it looks great.

Bought a Tosh 26Wl46 on Friday, not had much chance to play with it yet but the PQ is fantastic even with the default settings. Colours are very vivid, theres no smearing and the picture is nice and sharp with good depth. It cost me £899 from Powerhouse, bargain!

And to think I paid £1,275 for this set 2 months ago. Is it just me, or do lcd prices seem to have crashed recently? :suicide:

It was from the Powerhouse in Wakefield. They had a "one day special" on Friday knocking £100 off their usual price. Me being cynical I just assumed that was a marketing gimmick and it would stay at £899. I'm not usually lucky enough to get the best price!
