Hi,

I’m hoping someone might be able to explain to me why I’ve got this issue on my TV, and also, the fact it seems to be getting worse.
I’ve not had it 12months and there’s a problem when ever there is a dark scene on the TV. There seems to be like a bleeding effect, along with a like a glare (when you put a crap screen protector on a device).
I’m trying get it sorted with Sony direct, but I’m hoping someone could assist. I absolutely love everything about the TV, other than the fact you cannot hardly watch anything if there’s a dark scene when watching a series, film etc.
This issue occurs when watching through sky, and directly on the tv itself through apps etc. I have done all diagnostic stuff, and all has comes back fine!!
Hoping someone can help 😊 cheers.

As your TV is under 12 months old, still under warranty and you’re dealing with the issue with Sony direct there's nothing anyone here can help you with.
It looks as though there's some uneven backlighting there and there are no settings or adjustments that will cure that.
