Sony KDL40V4000 stand dimensions?

I was thinking about a new TV. I like the look of the Sony KDL40V4000.

Would an owner of this tv be able to tell the dimensions of the Sony KDL40V4000 stand? I want to make sure it fits on my current AV stand.

I would be very grateful for any help.
