Sony KDL40Ex720 problem with EGP

My TV sony KDL40ex720 I have a problem with freeview EPG. When press the "GUIDE" button , there is nothing display at all. All I can see " fearture is not available" appear on the screen

Is there anybody suffer the same promplem?

One thing I would like to say is: there is no "UK" to choose in location/area menu in first-time tuning. I had to choose: "Asia/Midle East/Africa"

Are you in the UK ? Is this a UK model set ? In the sticker on the back what is the full model number including country code? Have you updated to the latest firmware from Sony website (download to USB stick or over the internet) ? You have a working freeview uk signal ?

Google suggests you have USA model so please double check.

I am in UK, london. The TV is NOT UK model.

Yesterday, I can not have EPG of freeview. But today I got it.

I also downloaded an update software from the net. Now the software version is:

PKG3.704GAA.0104

Now everything is OK, I can access to the EPG

But it seems Sony KDL40EX720 has no Freeview HD channels ???!!??!
