Sony KDL 32V-4000 and Sky + HD

I have had this TV for almost a year now and run Sky + through it (on a Thomson box) giving excellent picture quality.

I am thinking of upgrading to Sky + HD but am wondering whether there might be a loss of quality on non-HD channels compared with the great quality I’m now getting through my present Thomson non-HD Sky + box.

I would be interested in hearing from any Sony KDL32V-4000 owners who have had the old Thomson Sky + box and have upgraded to Sky + HD whether they feel the upgrade to HD has been worthwhile and whether there has been any loss of quality on the non-HD channels. Also, please give details of the make of the HD box you are using.

I don't have the TV you enquired about but I do have Sky+HD and the PQ of SD is great on my 46".
