Hi, I am a new user on the site and would like some information on the new 3rd generation SONY Plasma TVs.

I have saved up for a year and would like to spend about £3000 on a SONY 37" Plasma TV. I am aware that none of the current range have any digital inputs (DVI or HDMI), but the American model KDE-37XS955 (http://news.sel.sony.com/pressrelease/4831) has one.

Does anyone know if SONY will be releasing this model for the UK? Should I hold back and wait or go ahead and buy one of the other models currently available, like the KDE-P37XS1?

I believe Sony are releasing the HDMI version here in the next few months. Bear in mind it will appear in Sony shops first though and will be expensive. Price drop in the Autumn if it follows usual trends.
