Just got my Sony KD32DX52u delivered and I am very pleased with the TV so far. The picture is stunning and definitley a big step up from my old Thomson 32" Widescreen.
I was wondering whether anyone knows how to receive a signal from the phonos on the rear of the TV (which I am assuming are analogue) into my receiver?
I have connected the phonos up correctly into my receiver and I get nothing.
I want to listen to DAB radio from the TV into my receiver.
Have looked all though the menus and there is nothing there to switch the phonos on or off?

Anyone got any thoughts?

Thanks

If memory serves me right, you've got one of the Sony models which feature 'variable' phono outputs. ie, the output from these is determined by the volume control on the tv.

Many people have posted similar stories with some Sony models - the only way round it (if indeed this is the cause of your problem), is to use one of the scart sockets to output the audio signal to your amp. You can buy a cable with a scart plug at one end - 2x phonos at other end.
