After spending weeks looking around for a 32" Widescreen TV I have finally taken the plunge and purchased the DX200 from JL.

The problem now is waiting untill next Friday for delivery. Still I'm sure the wait will be worth it.

Another frustrating thing is that Sony do not have a download section on the website to allow the download of a instruction manual. Does anyone know where I can obtain one from. :lease:

I really feel for you - I had mine sat in the box on the floor of my living room all day while I waited for a friend to finish work and help me lift it onto it's stand, I was on the verge of going crazy :p

I have only had the TV for a few days but from what I have seen
    so far it is BRILLIANT...

Both Analogue and Digital picture quality are great, sound is also
ok ( I don't have any fancy speakers to connect to it ). The TV
also actually looks nice as well.

Based on a few days playing around with it, yes I could recommend
    it.

Got mine from JL with free delivery and 5 year warranty. They have
agreed to price match against "Premier A/V Centre" in Birmingham
so a nice £295 credit is on the way.

One bit of advice, the set is large, VERY LARGE. It's like having a baby
elephant sitting in your lounge. As well as delivery I requested for
it to be installed. JL charge £30 for this but due to it's size it was
well worth it. If if got damaged during the installation it would be
    JL's problem !!!!

I am also extremly pleased with the TV. Picture quality is superb. I haven't had any difficulty with fast action, and the ps2 (reason I didnt get a rear projector) works very well through it. Haven't tried the gamecube yet. The two disc version of Fellowship of The Ring looks litterally stunning on this tv though.

The week after I bought mine they dropped it by £200 in a sale at the local sony center. I went in and moaned so they threw in the £200 remote commander too (av3000T) :)
