I have a sony kd-32dx200u tv & a sony dav-sc6 dvd system. The problem i am having is that when watching a dvd with the dvd player line-out set to rgb the horizontal top & bottom black borders become lighter when a bright scene/picture is displayed (sunny sky etc). Also there is a greenish tinge along the picture from the border (as if the border is blending into the picture). In darker scenes the borders are black and the picture is brill. When picture viewed different aspect ratios the vertical borders stay black. When the dvd line-out is set to video there is no such problem with the horizontal borders but the picture is not quite as good. The dvd player worked fine with rgb output with my previous panasonic tv. Please does anyone have any ideas how to rectify this problem or is it a faulty tv???
