Anyone have any information on this when its released any reviews etc?

Its big brother the 32inch got a good review in this months whatvideo will that most likely be the same for the 28? Does the 28 ave 100hz or is it 50hz?

I would think that if 28DX200 has the same model name (the 'DX200' bit) as the 32 then it almost certainly will have the same features, including 100Hz. From what I've seen in the recent past, all Sony TVs with a number 60 or above in the name have been 100Hz capable.

Don't know the launch date, but that black and silver design looks damn sexy!

I don't think 100Hz or 50Hz makes any difference to the sharpness, just the flicker and sometimes the motion can seem different. Of course, a TV with 100Hz probably has completely different electronic design to a 50Hz TV but normally they are better featured so should not be any less sharp.
