I own the Sony KP-41ds1u IDTV with software version 2.12, which I believe is the latest, but I seem to be missing the following channels.

    Radio 1-4
    BBC world service
    No picture on Parliment.
Obviously not that populer channels but I would like to be able to receive whats available, maybe someone can steer me in the direction of the correct frequencys so that i can manually tune them in.

    Thanks

    From Sony UK.........

Newsflash for Sony Integrated Digital Television Users

Due to the launch of the exciting new digital television service Freeview, there are some digital broadcast changes occurring in October. These changes may effect your reception of digital television, it is important to remember that you simply have to retune your television using the automatic tuning facility if these changes effect you.

During October you may find that some channels move around or disappear from your programme list, in addition you may find that some previously stored channels will disappear and a re-tune will be needed to restore these channels back into their original positions. This may mean that you have to retune your television more than once. These changes will be published by the broadcast companies and information can also be obtained from page 698 of Ceefax.

We appreciate that this may cause inconvenience to some viewers but we are sure that the new channels will prove to offer an excellent service with many more free channels and benefits. For more information regarding Freeview, and the channels available please consult the BBC website www.bbc.co.uk.

I also have a sony IDTV. I did a retune today and have managed to get BBC radio 1-4.

I have a DX40, software 1.04. I also manage to get the 1/4 screen on BBC parliament. I think mine is one of the newer Sonys. Hopefully a software update will follow to allow older sonys to recieve parliament.

I cant understand why you cant get the radio channels though, i assume you are getting radio 5 and 1extra etc.
