Can anyone tell me the difference between the 2 of these? Sony's website isn't much help...
Theres hardly any differance at all the specs are nearly identical only thing that changed was the look of the small proccessor thats about it.
PS if you only need amp and speakers the yamaha av25 from ubeatable £221 is a lot better package, daughter has the htk25 son has the yamaha av25 in there bedrooms.
Thanks for the info
I've checked out the Yamaha at Unbeatable, and really the amp is just too big. That's one of the main reasons I was looking at the HTK-250. I also need to make sure it has 2 digital inputs, one for the DVD player, the other for the Sky+
Edit - I was also looking at the Yamaha TSS10 - any views on this? Anyone?
The sonys got two digital inputs one optical and one coax connection.
The Sonys got 3 digital inputs - 2 optical and 1 coax
i would for the 250. i have one and am very pleased with it.
why is the sony website so bad?
in additon to the digital inputs it has 2x phono inputs as well for your tv and video. and its own tuner which was a suprise to me as i never read anything about that before i bought it
