Sony HTCT60BT Soundbar

Novice Member
Hi guys,

Looking to buy a new soundbar for my TV for general TV and Wii-U usage, two things which can't benefit from my 5.1 surround speaker setup. Taken a good look at the review of the HTCT60BT on the main page and am quite impressed by the features it has and the price I've found it for (£109). Now before I buy, I've two concerns:

1. My TV doesn't have a range of sound connections, only RCA (red and white). Will the sound quality suffer dramatically compared to digital? Is there any point me buying it at all if it will only output a basic level of sound?

2. I've noticed it's only 60W, whereas most soundbars seem to be around 300 odd. Again, will such a large difference result in comparatively poorer sound?

Thanks :)
