    Hi you all,

    I was wondering about the following setup:
    - Sony HT-DDW880

    - Sony DVD DVP-NS52P -> Opt Tos link
    - Pinnacle ShowCenter 200 -> Opt Tos link
    - Denon DCM-500AE -> Opt Coax link
    - Philips TV -> Video1

    - Front A : the sony 6.1 surround speakers
    - Front B : connection to a QED SS50 (speaker switch with load balancing)
    (used for extra speakers in the living room, kitchen and garden)

    Is this setup correct or is there anything missing or simply wrong? :smashin: or :thumbsdow
    For the optical connections: is this the best way or should I change some?

    Does anybody know how long the speaker cords are exactly? I already performed a search but didn't find an exact answer. :confused:

    Thx in advance.

    I am unhappy with DDW-880 :( I cannot get a pure stereo soud from it.
    In two channel mode it still sends low frequnecies to subwoofer. I have floorstand big fronts and want to hear its subs but it seems impossible. Do you know a way to figure out it. I am totally disapponted with stereo performance of the system because it doen't have a one.
    :lease:
