I purchased a sony hs10 last march and I have intermittent issues where it sometimes does not switch on. I was watching a film last week and it went off with the lamp led lit. I Phoned sony and stated this item has had less than 200 hrs and its failed slightly out of warranty , what was there advice. They told me to take it to ictv ltd farnbourough who charged me 43 pounds to produce a quote, they have just phoned me to state they cant find out whats wrong and I will have to pay more for the quote. I rang sony back to be basically told tough I am really not very happy with this and do not want to be a cash cow for ictv has anyone any advice or similar experiences. I am so put off sony right now!
