Ok guys who's had this done to their machine ?

Toying with sending it off but am worried that I get the machine back marked and scratched. I hate any of my kit going off for repairs etc.

Also am quite liking Atrac3plus now. It's a nice size file, gives you the use of onboard EQ and sounds better than MP3.

Anyone had theirs back yet ?

Got it £149 at argos, sent immediatly to Sony and they say it was scratched when they got it!

Scratched when they got it ?!?! I would get on the case with them !

Oh dear I think I'll live without MP3 for the time being OR give it some time after they have done quite a few HD1's and got the hang of it.

My HD1 is not going to be a guinea pig for them !
