    Wireless Sub and Bluetooth Feature

Sony has just sent us word on two new entrants to the ever burgeoning sound bar market in their HT-CT60 and HT-CT260.

Both sound bars use Sony proprietary technology to deliver virtual surround sound but the CT260 uses their new S-Force PRO Front Surround algorithms compared to the Pro-less version of the CT60.

Both feature a sub-woofer to boost bass performance but whilst the CT60 has two front speakers delivering 60W of audio, the CT260 ups the ante with a claimed 300W of output. The CT260's sub is also of the a wireless variety so you could try and hide it from disapproving other halves. Both models feature a compact hexagon design.

The CT260 features Bluetooth allowing you to stream music from your PC, tablet or smartphone straight to system.
