My Fx68 is barely 6 months old and yet I have noticed a serious fault

Whenever I play a loud sequence through my centre speaker it causes a horizontal distubance lines on the picture of the tv....when the speaker is on top the lines appear near the top of the screen....when the speaker is below, the lines appear near the bottom of the screen

The speaker is magnetically shielded so I am assuming it may be a fault with the tv.....I would appreciate any ideas??

    Cheers

You could try the speaker with another TV.

Do you know of any reason how a speaker could affect a tv like this...when the speaker is below the tv it's not even touching it...at least 2 inch gap

    cheers

Could be vibrations transmitted through the stand.

    Hello,

Nothing is wrong w/ your tv. It is speaker`s fault and because you said that it happens even if it is under the set, probably the magnetic shield of your speaker is damaged.
