Have a 2018 Samsung Un55nu6950 and song es 1000
TV says HMDI volume but can get any sound out of speakers from content that is playing on in TV app Amazon video or Netflix. Feels like a song setting but have tried many to no avail. Any help would be great?
Tried 2 different hdmi cables.
