A couple of questions to any DX40 owners.

Can I record with the digital tuner and watch analogue at the same time and can I record S-Video from the digital tuner or is it composite only?

    Thanks in advance :)

If I remember correctly, only one SCART outputs RGB video. You have probably got your DVD recorder connected to it already for RGB / S-Video in. I think it is called AV2, but you need to check in the manual.

    Have fun

    Super 7,

You are correct about only one scart being RGB. I have my DVD attached to AV1 which i though was the RGB enabled one.

I will check tonight when i get home.
